Holy Cross Youth | Grades 6-12

Our youth group is focused on our students in grades 6-12, their parents, and the surrounding community.  We believe the ideal spiritual mentor is always primarily the parent, and look forward to partnering with parents to provide a fun and exciting place for students (and those in our surrounding community) to grow in faith.

This fall our main avenue for discipleship will be our Wednesday night meetings. Each week we'll have pizza and soft drinks, games, a Bible study, and then split at the end for seperate guys and girls small groups. We'll be looking at the big picture of the Old Testament this fall, and focusing on how to read this massive and challenging section of Scripture.

Check our events page to find details on our full list of events.

Magnify | Grades 3-5

Magnify is our ministry to 3rd-5th grade students outside of Sunday mornings. Our goal is to help these students grow in their relationship with Jesus, the larger church, and their ability to read the Bible on their own.

This fall we'll be doing Magnify every 4th Sunday evening, from 4:30-6:30 pm (in order to coincide with our Women's Bible study and Evening Prayer). We hope you'll bring lots of friends, as we really hope for each of these meetings to be large and fun events, bolstering the wonderful education that is already happening in our elementary classroom on Sunday mornings.

No registration is required, and each week we'll have pizza and snacks!

Fall Dates: August 27, September 24, October 22, November 19 (a Third Sunday to accomodate for Thanksgiving).

Check our events page to find details on our next Magnify event. Line

A message to our parents from our Assistant Pastor of Youth & Outreach

Hello parents!

I believe that even the best youth pastor in the world pales in comparison to the impact that parents can and will have on their kids.  My job isn't to replace you, but to help equip you as the primary spiritual leader of your children.

I'd love to get to know all of you and your wonderful students as quickly as possible, so don't be surprised if you get a text from me trying to sit down and get to know you on a more personal level!

If I can help you or do anything to help your students as they seek to know the Lord, please feel free to contact me at garrett@holycrosstucson.com , and I'd love to talk about it.

I'm so excited to grow alongside you and your families as we serve the Lord together,

-Garrett Greer
