Our ministry team of elders, deacons, lay-leaders, and staff is made up of some amazing people who use their unique talents and gifts to love God, others, and the mission of Holy Cross.
Our Elders lead the church, teach and preach the Word, protect from error, and care for and encourage the church. We love how the Bible lays out the job description of elders to be more like a shepherd than anything else.

Our Deacons are among the best servant-leaders of the church and are specifically called to help maintain the health and care of the church by giving leadership to our most basic practical and physical needs.
Our Lay-leaders are non-ordained men and women--some paid, some volunteer--who make up our core leadership from various ministries. These ministries exist to help us more faithfully pursue our mission to magnify God's glory, live as God's people, and engage in God's mission.
